Requirements
If your club or organization has information to be published, please submit your article
following the instructions and deadlines outlined below.
Before submitting an article it is imperative that the contributor ensure that any student whose name and/or photograph is included in the article has parental consent to make their information public. This is extremely important because the “Cougar Express” is available online.
- Submit article

- Please be brief (up to 200 words)
- Articles may be edited for size and content
- Pictures and graphics are welcome, space permitting
